The promise

We'll build what we wrote on the work order, on the timeline we agreed. If something blows up, we'll tell you the day it does.

Build & Ship

$3,000 build — a $1,500 deposit (50%) on signing, the remaining $1,500 on launch. $300/mo includes hosting, SEO monitoring, and nightly AI improvements via PRs. Safe changes auto-merge after 8 hours; risky ones wait for your one-tap approval.

Phone Line

$300/mo flat per town, all calls included — or $29/qualified call pay-as-you-go. Month-to-month, one shop per category per town, exclusive. Cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month. We keep the site.

If we mess up

Full refund of any month we billed for service we didn't deliver. For custom builds, if we miss our timeline by more than 2 weeks without your sign-off, your last invoice is on us.

Text messaging (SMS)

When you check the SMS consent box on our form, you opt in to receive text messages from Forge of Long Island (Forge Digital). This program sends transactional and customer-care messages only — appointment reminders, work-order updates, and follow-ups about the inquiry you submitted. We do not send recurring marketing blasts.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message and you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@forgelongisland.com or (631) 651-0722. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This SMS program is available to individuals 18 years or older. Your consent to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. How we handle the number you provide is covered in our Privacy Policy — in short, we never share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in.
